Jyothika Sadanah

She is my favorite Tamil film actress.
She was out of film industry after 2009 with her child birth I think. Anyway this is a collection of some facts about her. Wish she would be back in cinema sooner.

 Jyothika (née Jyothika Sadanah; Punjabi: ਜ੍ਯੋਥਿਕਾ ਸਦਾਨਾਹ, born on 18 October 1978) is a former Indian film actress who predominantly appeared in Tamil films.^[1] She also acted in a few Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi films. She gained critical acclaim for her performances in Kushi, Perazhagan, Chandramukhi and Mozhi, winning one Filmfare and three Tamil Nadu State Film Awards. She was one of the most successful actresses in the Tamil film industry of her time. She is also a recipient of the Kalaimamani award.

In the Realm of the Senses  is a 1976 Franco-Japanese romantic drama film directed by Nagisa Oshima. It is a fictionalised and sexually explicit treatment of an incident from 1930s Japan, that of Sada Abe. It generated great controversy during its release; while intended for mainstream wide release, it contains scenes of unsimulated sexual activity between the actors (Tatsuya Fuji and Eiko Matsuda, among others).

Eyes Wide Shut is a 1999 drama film based upon Arthur Schnitzler's 1926 novella Traumnovelle. The film was directed, produced and co-written by Stanley Kubrick, and was his last film. The story, set in and around New York City, follows the sexually-charged adventures of Dr. Bill Harford, who is shocked when his wife, Alice, reveals that she had contemplated an affair a year earlier. He embarks on a night-long adventure, during which he infiltrates a massive masked orgy of an underground cult.

 his was the last film to be directed by Stanley Kubrick before his death in 1999, and its actual release was posthumous. Although generally well-received by critics, the film proved controversial due to its strong sexual content, and its distributor Warner Bros. digitally altered several scenes during post-production to ensure a theatrical R rating in the United States and Canada. The uncut version has been released on DVD since.

This one is a class piece of work. The story is about a girl name Anna and her true love and her present lover. It is a triangle love story. It is not just another romantic story but surface the real battle between minds of three individuals caught-up in some kind of love web.

The film contains some extremely explicit scenes. That is not entirely a minus point. I guess the director may have wanted to show his audience the real and true nature to the core.
