I Spit on Your Grave 2 is a 2013 American rape and revenge horror film directed by Steven R. Monroe, who directed its predecessor, I Spit on Your Grave—which was based on Meir Zarchi's 1978 film of the same name. The only connections between this sequel and its predecessors are the title and the basic storyline of a young woman who is brutally gang-raped and abused until she escapes and exacts revenge on her attackers.
